Marriage - is it good for a relationship or detrimental?

Physical activity and exercise are important allies in dealing with loneliness. They undermine the agitation that loneliness brings and clear away some of the rumination that clutters your mind and cuts you off from others. Exercise also replenishes the energy you need to overcome your resistance against reaching out. And sessions of exercise -- walking, dancing, yoga -- themselves create a connection to your moving, feeling body.
